I'm trying to re-install a package, that was previously installed on my Nokia 8 (Android 8.0.1) using an Android Enterprise Profile.

The profile installation is now failing with the message File IO error on device. Check Storage/Permisisons.

Any ideas?

I resolved this issue - Google Play Protect was enabled on the phone.
