Are you talking about the SSL certificate or the MobiControl root certificate?
Upgrading SSL certificate is relatively easy. But if you are referring to the MobiControl root certificate, the task can be quite tricky, depending on the existing server version, the platform(s) of devices that are enrolled onto the MobiControl server of interest, and the modes/connectivity of the devices For mission critical production servers or those involving large number of devices of different brands/models, it might be better to get Soti Professional Service team to do the job.
