Zebra exposes this as an MX configuration which would seem to imply that is not exposed by default as a configurable parameter in the Android Enterprise management apis. Therefore I don't think you'll find it in the Feature Control options within MobiControl for the Samsung devices. Perhaps Samsung has exposed something similar to Zebra within their own OEMConfig?

Thank you for your response, unfortunately, we do not have this feature for Android Enterprise devices as the API which is required to implement this is not exposed.

As @Matt mentioned, for Zebra devices, you do have this option by using Zebra StageNow.

I would like you to create a support case(click here) or call SOTI Support team(click here) to raise a Feature Request to delete multiple folders starting with a particular name or number. These feature requests should be insisted on by customers via a Support case.

To provide you with a heads up, this would not be an instant resolution as SOTI Product Team should communicate with Android Team to leverage this feature to be managed by MobiControl. So, this may take weeks to months to get it included in the new build. Please follow the release notes of SOTI MobiControl to get an update on the improvements done on the new release.

You are lucky that your AE devices are from Samsung.  As shown in the following screenshots taken in my preliminary tests on Samsung A71 done hours ago,  disabling the split screen should still be possible as before.
