Are your Samsung devices using Samsung ELM device agent or generic Android Enterprise device agent?   There is a simple script workaround that worked fine for many Samsung models running the Android+ classic device agents in the last 10 years or so, but I am not sure if that works any more on the firmware of more recent models like A7/A8 or on generic AE device agent.

Regarding disabling the lockdown on the device, it can only be done if you have access to your Web console. By accessing the device on the web console, navigating to the configuration tab, and locating the profile that includes the lockdown feature, you can administratively remove it from the device.
