The device has been enrolled under pro profile on managed device.
When the customer receives a call phone.
It's not possible to register the phone number under Outlook.
Any idea ? please

1. Can you confirm that Outlook is installed on your devices?
2. What is in the pro profile? Is there a lockdown configuration?
3. Have you tried asking Outlook support about this?
