TC55 offline after SOTI agent upgrade

HI,

We run SOTI MoniControl version 13.4.0. One of the devices we manage is the Zebra TC55 running android 4.4.3. We tried to upgrade the SOTI agent on the device because it is needed for some functionalities. The issue here is, after we send the upgrade command the device went offline in SOTI and never came back. We checked with its owner but the device is rebooted and online for sure, but we are no longer able to manage it. 

How can we make sure the device comes back online in SOTI?

Hi,

How was this device connected to MobiControl (mobile data or wifi). Did the device disconnect from the network after the Agent upgrade was initiated from the web console?

The device was connected by mobile data. 

Did the device disconnect from the network after the Agent upgrade was initiated from the web console? Yes, it seems that way.
