Android Enterprise-Android Identity-Not Applicable

In after AE enrollment some times the android identity is not assigned and we are getting an error Error message received from device (Managed Google Play Account Status:'PLAY_STORE_NOT_FOUND') I have given a command for reset command and checkin also but same issue.

Is your device restricted to an internal corporate network or the corporate firewall does not allow the device to access various Google's support portals?

Did you maybe blacklisted the playstore itself?
