Have you tried using Soti's settings manager? I am sure you are blocking access to the settings menu using the lockdown. Soti's settings manager will allow users the ability to change Screen, Wifi and bluetooth settings.

Thank you but I have the same issue with the settings manager app.
The pairing notification plays a sound but the window is not displayed.
We have no problem with Coppernic C-five in the same configuration ( we don't need to install settings manager )
I am having the same issue.
The Settings Manager give be an incorrect PIN or Passkey message and the printer reports a failed pairing.
