Unknown Bluetooth MAC Address on Android Enterprise devices

Hello,

we've installed SOTI v15.2 and we've enrolled two devices: one as an Android Enterprise Work Profile and the other one as an Android Enterprise Work Managed. 

In the device list, we get the Bluetooth MAC Adress as "Unknown" for both of the devices.

If we enrolled one of this devices as Android+ device, the BT MAC Address is known.

Can Android Enterprise know the BT MAC Address. We understand that as a Device Owner you have access to this information.

Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Thank you for clarifying. I recall an issue with Android 10 and Bluetooth, that's why that was clarified first. However, the Bluetooth Mac Address column is no longer applicable. When you view an AE device, there are no columns titled "Bluetooth Mac Address", which explains the "Unknown" data reflection. Your alternative is to utilize the MAC Address & WIFI Mac Address data instead.

Thank you for your response.

We have enrolled the following devices as Android Enterprise:

Honeywell Android 8.1

Unitech Android 7.1

Samsung Android 10

And no one shows the Bluetooth MAC Address.
