We have a requirement for BYOD devices to disable location services as users are not comfortable with IT department collecting this information. At the same time we would like to keep the location services for company owned devices like tablets, laptop's etc.
Is it possible to have a separated policy for location service per device OU?

You have an option to manage the location services of the devices by pushing Feature control -'Location Accuracy' profile to the devices.
To disable location services, please opt Disable from the drop-down.

I've disabled the location services as per instructed for Android BYOD devices, however it seems that the system still periodically is pulling the devices for the location. The following is the error message appearing for the devices:

The devices should not give you such error while the Location services are disabled. Did you encounter any error message while pushing that feature to the devices? Can you manually check if the Location services are disabled on any of the devices?
