SOTI MobiControl Agent Fails to Install on Windows 10 Devices

Issue Description
After Windows Modern enrollment completes, the SOTI MobiControl Agent installation fails silently on devices running Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5131).
Although no explicit error appears in Event Viewer, the following informational event is logged:
Event ID 1033
Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: SOTI MobiControl Agent. Product Version: 26.0.1.1280. Installation success or error status: 1603
Error code 1603 indicates a fatal Windows Installer error.
The installation log located at: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\mdm contains the following entries:
MSI (s) (B8:0C) [11:44:55:562]: Product: SOTI MobiControl Agent -- Installation failed.
MSI (s) (B8:0C) [11:44:55:564]: Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: SOTI MobiControl Agent. Product Version: 26.0.1.1280. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: SOTI Inc.. Installation success or error status: 1603.
MSI (s) (B8:0C) [11:44:55:586]: Deferring clean up of packages/files, if any exist
MSI (s) (B8:0C) [11:44:55:587]: MainEngineThread is returning 1603
MSI (s) (B8:0C) [11:44:55:591]: RESTART MANAGER: Session closed.
MSI (s) (B8:0C) [11:44:55:592]: No System Restore sequence number for this installation.
These entries confirm that the Windows Installer process terminated with error code 1603.

Cause
This issue is caused by an operating system–level incompatibility specific to Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5131).
Devices running other Windows 10 builds do not exhibit this behaviour.
Validation results
The SOTI MobiControl Agent installs successfully on the following Windows 10 builds:

Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.6456)

Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3803)
Issue Resolution
Upgrade the device to a Windows 10 OS build later than 19045.5131.
Workarounds
If upgrading is not immediately possible, downgrade the device to an earlier supported Windows 10 build (for example, 19045.3803).
