Adding Rated Battery Capacity in SOTI XSight's Battery Status Dashboard

Situation
Within the SOTI XSight Battery Status dashboard, the chart Top 5 Battery Capacities (mAh) indicates the battery-rated capacity of devices. Each year, device manufacturers launch new devices featuring different battery capacities. Occasionally, some manufacturers do not provide precise rated battery capacity information to SOTI XSight, impeding the accuracy of data monitoring.
With the introduction of XSight version 2024.0.3, users can now modify or add their device's rated battery capacities (mAh).
Environment
SOTI XSight version 2024.0.3 and later.
Process Description
1. Select the X located at the top-left corner.
2. Select Manage Rated Capacity.
3. Select the + icon.
4. Choose the appropriate device manufacturer from the drop-down menu.
5. Select the device model and input the rated capacity (mAh) numeric value.
6. Save changes.
Return to the Battery Status dashboard. The battery capacity chart has been updated with the new value.
