Microsoft Excel Displays Inaccurate ICCID Information in CSV Report from SOTI MobiControl

The ICCID information in not properly formatted in the *.csv file, causing it to be missing or unreadable when opened in Microsoft Excel.

The ICCID information is in the device details section of the SOTI MobiControl web console.

The incorrect  ICCID information was downloaded from the SOTI MobiControl web console and imported into Microsoft Excel.

1. In Microsoft Excel, select the Data tab in the ribbon menu.
2. Select the From Text/CSV option to import the downloaded *.csv report into Excel.
    

3. In the Text Import Wizard, select the downloaded *.csv file and select Import.
4. When the *.csv file is loaded, from the Data Type Detection dropdown list, select Do not detect data types.
    

5. Select Load.
6. Verify that the imported ICCID information is correctly displayed in the Excel spreadsheet.
