SOTI XSight Page Stuck on Loading

Issue Description
There may be instances where the SOTI XSight remote control page continues to load for an extended period on the customer's side, while it functions normally and loads as expected on another machine.
Environment
This can occur while using browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.
Issue Resolution
Typically, the following server-side or SOTI MobiControl-related troubleshooting steps are performed:
- Restarting SOTI XSight services
- Ending the SOTI XSight service task using its PID and then restarting it
- Checking the service status in the SOTI XSight Admin Utility
If these server-side steps do not resolve the issue, and no irregularities are found in the SOTI XSight Admin Utility, the problem may be related to the browser or network.
To troubleshoot browser-related issues, do the following:
- Open the SOTI MobiControl/XSight page in incognito or private browsing mode, or,
- Try accessing the page using a different browser, or,
- Clear the browser cache. Clearing cached images and files should be sufficient. Then, refresh the browser.
