Situation

In SOTI MobiControl 14.0-15.4 the Windows Notification Services (WNS) enables SOTI MobiControl to push live updates to enrolled Windows Modern devices running Windows 10 and later.

Note: This does not include Windows Classic Desktop devices.

Important Note: Starting in SOTI MobiControl 15.5, when enrolling Windows 10 – 16299 (Pro, Enterprise, IoT Enterprise) and later devices, the Windows Modern agent can facilitate live connections with the device and WNS is no longer needed.
