I have an application that was initially installed on every device but has been uninstalled (separate issue) in the past. The Installed Applications panel will list it as (example) TestApplication Version 1.0. I have a new version of the application that needs to be deployed to every phone and the phones with the application already unistalled fail "Failed to Install (File I/O Error)". The devices with version 1.0 transition to version 2.0 with no issue. How do I get around from installing the application to the failed devices one by one? Andorid Plus MobiControl V13.3.0.3965 Thanks in advance.

On Zebra TC75x and TC56 devices running on Android 7.1.2 Nougat with Lifeguard updates 11 and up, we noticed the MobiControl agent disconnecting from the server whilst the devices do have an active internet connection. When the device reboots, MobiControl does as well and stays connected for a few minutes but it'll disconnect soon after. During the staging process of these devices, we add MobiControl to the battery optimization whitelist. We've tested this thoroughly and this works fine. Further testing proved that, once the device reboots, the setting will revert and MobiControl will be submitted to battery optimization and thus will be killed by Android to save power in x minutes, if not in use. Not maintaining this setting is problem 1. Problem 2 is that the MobiControl agent will not reconnect after being killed by the battery optmimization process, unless you reboot the device. I must say we always have a Lockdown screen in place, that might have got something to do with it. Any ideas how we can add the MobiControl agent to the battery optimization whitelist permanently? I have seen this entry in the MC logs, and I am unsure if it is generating I/O errors. Anyone familiar with this? Specifically on the TC75.

I have a problem starting a factory reset with my android devices. I have the settings disabled via a policy and occasionally a factory reset needs to be started by an end user while offline. My thought was to have a script that the end user could run to start the reset /w command, but I didn't see a way to do this? What I really need is to be able to easily have the device factory reset by the end user while the device is offline with the settings disabled. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi Do SOTI intend to include the functionality to kill a running application and also do a wipe application data on a Android Enterprise DO enrolled device?
Hi! We need a way of changing the Managed Google Play account after a device has been enrolled. This is specifically needed when migrating devices between environments since one Managed Google Play account can only be active for one environment. Do you have a solution for this?

Hi all, I can't seem to find any option within SOTI Surf 14.1.0 Build 66 to disable and lockdown this functionality, when users are navigating our webpage. Current use case is for a customer experience solution, so we would like to avoid customer zooming in completely on the page and leaving it in that state. Does anyone have any suggestions?
