    SSO O365 iOS/iPadOS Devices

    Hi,  Has anyone of you been able to successfully configure SSO for O365 apps in iPadOS devices?  We made a Shared Device configuration in a parent group that relocates the device to the right child group at login in SOTI Mobicontrol Login app - this works. But we wanted to have the users also be logged in the O365 apps once they are in the right device group. Anyone any experience with something similar?

    Samsung S25 enrollment issues

    Hi everyoneWe're unable to enroll s25 devices with android 15 ((Android Enterprise enrollment) on our MobiControl server (v15.1.5.1005). Can you help us? Do we need to try with some other .apk version through Stage Programmer? Thanks. Regards

    windows 10 iot enterprise device-enrollment

    Hello,  I try connect with Access work or school in Windows settings,  We have microsoft office 365 email account. I get Error code: 80192EE7 "This device might not be able to access some resources, such as Wi-Fi, VPN ore email.". I have connect to outside network, at leastI can browse internet. What email I must put to this access, email what we have in soti or some our company email? I have try bothbut they are not working.  Our Windows pc is: Windos edition: Windows 10 IoT Enterprice LTSC  Version 21H2 OS build 19044.5487

    Remote Control Layout for Honeywell CK67

    We just purchased several of the new Honeywell CK67 scanners, which are extremely good. In Soti Mobile, when doing the remote control, we do not see the scanner physical layout. How can I get the layout of this scanner added to Soti Mobile?

    Google Play Account Activation Failure After Android 14 Upgrade on Zebra CC6000 Solved

    Hello !I have Zebra CC6000 devices running Android 10, enrolled in SOTI for a long time without any issues. I need to upgrade them to Android 14, so I created a profile in SOTI with the Android 14 upgrade file, and the upgrade was successful. However, regarding Android Enterprise, the Android Identity status remains Account Activation Pending in MobiControl, and on the device, there is a message: Google Play Account: Account creation failed, trying again automatically... I tried to perform an Account Reset via MobiControl without success. I have hundreds of devices to upgrade, and this problem is causing me a lot of trouble. Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this issue after upgrading to Android 14?thanks

    API Authentication Solved

    I setup an API client on our cloud server, then went the API page for our instance.  Using the client ID and Secret that were generated when I created the client, I cannot authenticate in order to use it.  The username and password are from the Soti identity and is an admin.  Keeps saying 'Invalid Credentials'.  Are there further steps to set this up properly?

    Deletion of devices not possible

    Hello folks, The maintenance on our Mobi Control has expired. Since then, it is no longer possible to delete devices. This function is very important when changing systems in order to maintain an overview.Does anyone have any idea why this function is deactivated?

    Can't delete devices that were wiped from the device end. Solved

    I have several Zebra devices that were wiped from the device side with the un-enroll from MobiControl.  This was during the Proof of Concept.  When I try to delete them, I get an error message saying 'Error sending delete action'?. How do I get these out of the system, they are consuming licenses.

    Enable to turn off applications' notifications on a few smartphones Solved

    Hello, Users are not able to turn off notification on applications such as Teams, Outlook. It is possible to toggle notification button to off, but it doesn't stay off. This is occurring on following devices. - Samsung S24 Android 14 and Motorola moto g23 Android 14. How can I authorize user to turn off notification on these devices?Thanks in advance

    Advanced Device Group Configurations

    Hello Guys, longtime not posting here, because mobicontrol was working without issues.Untill now! I have a support ticket open regarding advanced configurations for device groups not beeing automatically be applied to devices in specific groups.My understanding always was that these settings get automatically applied to the "group" but right now support is telling me the opposite. You have to save settings of groups everytime a new device is added because only after "save" the settings are applied. Right now this is really hindering workflow because we manage timesynchroniziation over ntp settings made in advanced configuration. So if we enroll a batch of 10 Devices and add them to the group with "advanced settings ntp" , we need to navigate to the group settings and hit save once.This cant be the desired design, i cant think of way were this would be useful to anybody.Am i wrong?

    Windows Modern Multi App Kiosk Mode

    I have made a profile for modern windows and added the Multi app Kiosk mode to it, i have setup the general tab for a user and the name, i have setup the Home screen with avaliable application of Modern/MS Edge , i have setup the start menu with the weblinks that i want to show on the locked screen but i am not getting any icons at all on the lockdown screen, What we want to accomplish is a kiosk screen that is locked & have multiple links on it to dif web sites and the user not able to log on, shut down,or change anything on it. I have created such for now using a profile with a lockdown & listed several of out link in that and that woks fine but for a technician to work on the unit WE have to take it out of kiosk mode in SOTI

    How can I force enable NFC

    Hi all,  When I create new Configuration at Profiles, I have all different kind of options.  Almost all of the device functionalities can be adjusted, but I cant find anything regarding NFC.  I want to enable NFC all the time. Disabling it should not be allowed.  I am using a worked managed Android device.  Thanks in advance Ümmet

    Failed handshake with server and cannot enroll CK75 devices

    After we made an update of our soti version to 2025.0 from the version 15.6 we are not able to re-enroll CK75 devices only . (enrolling CK65 still possible)Any one know the root cause ? PS : for CK75 we are using .Ini file (that contain all information related to the enrollment rule.)
