If I install an Android application (Owncloud) via SOTI Mobicontrol from the managed Play Store and later try to run it, the app will not be usable—I only receive the following message: 'Blocked by your IT admin.' No additional restrictions have been set (e.g., application run control or feature control...). If I run the same Android app on a managed device without SOTI Mobicontrol, it works fine. Hi, I need to downgrade Zebra TC58 from OS14 to OS13 and have tryed to use StageNow "OS Downgrade Oreo and above" in PowerMRG, transfared both files to the device and run script MXconfig. I have tryed to run script from SOTI and in shell on the device. it doesn't look like MXconfig works, any idea on how to downgrade these devices remotly?

For a customer with Honeywell VM1A terminals using both their serial ports with attached a scanner. Their wish is to enable or disable the scanner input from one of the ports. I know this is possible to do this with an seperate config followed by a reboot. This is working when I'm using a script with the sendintent command in Soti. Hello all, We work with the onPremise version -> v15.5.1.1010 We have some new device Zebra TC78 under Android 13 (enrolled work managed). Here is it the problem we’re facing actually. We used visual studio 2022 for to create our mobile app Android. But it’s not possible to start the app after deployment by mobicontrol. The app open 1 second and close directly .. If I push the app by visual studio , all work. Well, first, I think it was some code on our app (permission), but after some tests NO ... Because, if I take the template inside visual studio 2022 -> Net Maui Blazor Hybrid App. I’ve just create the project base on the template, nothing change on code, build for to create the apk. Add the apk inside the package manager, and add the result into package inside mobicontrol. Last step, I create a profile work managed, add the package to this profile and push on a TC78. The result is, package is well installed but when I click on the app, the app open and close directly … It’s the first time, we meet this kind of problem .. Anyone have meet this problem ? How i can see what's happen ? thanks a lot

We use an internal learning platform based on an LMS. When using it via a browser (even on a regular work phone), the videos work perfectly. We have bought an iPad which is provided via the ABM and the correct server for Mobicontrol is also stored there. But now the device is not displayed. I have already tested the sync function and checked everything again to see if one of the connections is not configured correctly. Does anyone have any idea why I can't see the iPad in Mobicontrol? After our POC, we went from the temporary accounts to our corporate account for the enterprise binding for Managed Enterprise. I see where it allows me to change the bindings on the devices, and I have changed the bindings in the enrollment objects. Question is, when I go to the 'Apps' page, and add a new app, all of the current apps are under the old binding and there is nothing under the new one. Do I have to add all the existing applications under the new binding?
Hello, we are operating a fleet of Zebra TC56 devices with our Soti MobiControl WebConsole. One of our service technicians got a little bit overly initiative and upgraded the agents on some of the devices to a 2024.1 version. The rest of the devices run on the 15.1 version with no problems. While most of the devices with the upgraded agent are fine, some are experiencing compatibility issues, such as black screen in kiosk mode. Is it possible to downgrade the agent version on the devices remotely from the webconsole? Thank You.
