System will reboot" NO_TIMER 5if %ShowMessageBoxReturn% = IDOK goto Reboot:Rebootreset /s Unfortunately the reboot starts right away and does NOT wait for me to press the OK button. Any idea how to fix this? I am using SOTI 15.2 and these are scripts for Android Enterprise devices.

So I've used the administrator bypass to leave the lockdown screen on a Samsung Galaxy TabActive 2, but now I can't seem to find a way to get it back into lockdown mode. I've looked in the mobicontrol app on the device, tried sending "lock" on the web console, and tried both a soft reset and a power off. Each time it just opens back up to the device unlocked in administrator mode. I'm sure its something really easy, and I'm just missing it. Can someone help me out here?

Hello, I have some question regarding the agent behavior when it receive requests. We use the MobiControl API. Does the agent process tasks synchronously or asynchronously ? What is the agent's behavior regarding queuing / buffer ? If the agent is unreachable and we send several commands to the agent, will all the commands be processed the next time the agent connects or only the last command sent ? Is there a way to manage request priorities ? If we send a reboot request to the agent (POST /devices/{deviceId}/actions: SoftReset) is there a way from our business application to catch this information ? Would it be possible to identify from our application that a reboot request has been sent to the agent ? Is there a library available for this kind of operation ? Hello, Is there a script to set a default launcher for AE Samsung devices? I see there is MX configs for Zebra, but not seeing anything for Samsung.
Last year it looked like a solution for deploying DataWedge profiles/configs to Android devices in Device Owner mode was discovered. I'm trying to perform the exact same action on a Zebra TC52 running Android 8.1 and higher. I've followed the thread above and official documentation from Zebra, but something is off somewhere. I've tried both the Android Enterprise and legacy Device Admin (just for giggles) commands to no effect. __chmod 777 /enterprise/device/settings/datawedge/autoimport/datawedge.db AND execute_shell chmod 777 /enterprise/device/settings/datawedge/autoimport/datawedge.db The device logs even show the file was successfully downloaded to the device, but for whatever reason DataWedge is failing to pick up the file and import it. Even FCing the app before or after a sync and a device reboot nothing gets imported. What am I missing here?
Hi, Our Samsung SM-T510 tablets are now upgrading to V10 Android and afterwards we now have a warning message that pops up when running Mobicontrol Settings Manager... "The apps was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly. Try checking for updates or contact the developer." I downloaded and created a new package for the latest available version from SOTI and the problem will exists. Can you offer any advice please? Hi, all devices hangs up in the enrollment when i will give the permissions. I switch the right to overdraw to allow, bute the profile don't go to the next step. Nothing happens. Is there a way to set the permissions otherwise, maybe via script?

Currently the user activity is shown as below : My client want the device shown at user activity, for example, when device location requested, the name of the device is shown is the log , too.
