Is there a way to show on a map the location of all enrolled Android Plus devices at the same time? Of course I can see the location of any particular device but it would be great if I could see a pushpin on a map for all devices at once. This isn't for any sort of geofencing (in which case a device is inside or not) but to see the geographic distribution at a glance. Thanks, Matt

We have recently upgraded to MC 14.4.7.1053 and I was excited to take advantage of the Android Enterprise features but from what I see at this point it looks like it's really beneficial for BYOD and not COBO (Company Owned, Business Only) unless I'm missing something. The work profile doesn't really work for us, we are still wanting to enable a lockdown screen, feature controls and so on. One of the features I'm really wanting to take advantage of is the Disable Factory Reset Protection. We have an issue with our employees adding personal Google accounts on our phones then they are factory resetting them making the phone useless. Any thoughts, comments or suggestions are welcome.
I have a user with an Android Enterprise Samsung device that seemly has his passcode or pattern changed everyday. Of course this leads him to call our IT department and we have to Reset Passcode for him to get into the phone. He is the only user out of 300 with the same phone and profiles that is having this issue. I'm fairly certain its him who is changing the passcode (could be for different reasons). I'd like to know if its possible to track the passcode change OR to lockdown the passcode and so a user can't change it to something else.

Hi, I would like to disable the time and date section on android plus. Our users are editing the time which links to an app we use thurs are getting wrong data. I know in feature control there is an option but it doesn't show on our portal. I am using 14.4.8.1043 Is there a script I can run?
Hi All, I need to Restrict incoming calls to a predefined list. however once assigned it blocks all outgoing call as well. What is the solution to this? Secondly, I have the device locked down and can call out from our application. it calls without showing the dialer. if I press and hold an item resembling a phone number it brings up the dialer. The issue is i want to block access to the dialer. Lastly is there a script to switch on the the display battery percentage on status bar within Android. Regards, Martin Doyle

Hi, We are experiencing problems adding Managed Google accounts to our tablets, this issue started occurring last week and there have been no changes to the build. This is what is happening:- Run any Google app (Gmail etc). Select the Add an email address option. Select Google and login using the managed Google account details. Agree to T&Cs "Checking Info" screen comes up and then exits back to the "Mobicontrol" app screen. At this point it should automatically start the "Google Device Policy" app so that the Google policy can be accepted and activated. Workaround: run Device policy manually after trying to add the account. This is a problem for some of our Kiosk build which done have access to the Device Policy app directly. Can you help please Our tablets are all Samsung T510
Hello, Following an OSUpdate file sync, I am trying to present with the option to reboot and install the update or cancel. This used to be possible in CE . EX showmessagebox "Abort the operation?" NO_TIMER 4 YESif %ShowMessageBoxReturn% == IDYES goto Exit With the IF statement not supported on Android and and showmessagebox unable to gather response, I have not found an easy way to do this in Android. Has anyone found a way to do this with Javascript yet on Mobicontrol 15? Thanks for your time. Shawn

Has anyone successfully deployed the network priority feature to an iOS device? We have the payload setup with two SSIDs but the devices just randomly pick which SSID they connect to. This seems pretty straightforward so I don't know why this isn't working.

Hello, has anyone success using apn-settings on the newest Agent 14.16 and Soti Version 15.02? Tested on multiple devices but i am not able to set a specific apn on any device, after Creating the apn profile it immediatly is bugged like this in the console:
