I have some issue when I want to Update Agent in "Manage Android Agents and Plugin"
I got error "Failed to send UpdateCompatibility Request"
My Client Device is ZEBRA ET50
Android os 5.1
SOTI Agent version 14.x
How to fix it and upgarde agent
