Hello, i currently encounter a problem that i cant enroll a device with no google mobile services image as device owner. Installing the agent after setup, i get the device into workplace mode and everything works fine. I set the Agent as Device Owner with Enterprise Provisoner from Honeywell, but when i do so the device immediatly resets itself. Has anyone encountered this issue, or maybe knows if GMS is needed for Device Owner enrollment?
Hi @Soti, there are a lot of Bugfixes for MR 14 and since MR 15 was released Version 14 got 4 minor releases with alot of bugfixes. Whilst Version 15 got 2 Releases in the same time frame, there arent less bugs in 15.02 then 14.48.. It almost feels like the new MR release 15 isnt the "newest" one to me at the moment.

Hello, I have an issue with come Zebra MC67 running Android 4.1.1 and for a few weeks I encountered the next issue: even if devices are connected to the internet ( 3G / Wi-fi) the Agent status is "Disconnected". So I can't update any app or connect to the device. Notes: -Other Samsung / Bluebird devices do not encounter this issue. -Foreground script sent to a few of these devices, doesn't seem to help. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, We have around 900 M3 SM10 devices which running Android 5.1.1 (some of them with an older firmware and most of them with latest firmware) and we have this situation: on devices with older firmware I have access to Bluetooth - More Settings option and on the newer devices I don't. Please see below examples: M3 SM10 with older firmware (agent version 13.3.1.1010) M3 SM10 with newer version of firmware (agent version 14.1.1.1003) I want to be able to access Bluetooth - More Settings on devices with agent 14.1.1.1003 like on devices with 13.3.1.1010 Both devices has the same settings in Lockdown and Feature Control. I don't know what to check more. Thank you in advance!

Hello, When enrolling devices via Android Enterprise in Device Owner mode and not using a managed Google account. What features are missing other than app distribution via application catalog? I do realize this also includes app config for these apps. Many customers do not want to open communication to Google services on closed networks. Just want to make sure I am not missing anything. I wasn't sure if that was the root cause but figured I would reach out here to see if anyone else had this before.

Our MC is version 14.4.4.1045. We have a collection of Zebra TC56 devices enrolled enterprise. When they are enrolled, we must request to install the plugin by action. I would like to download the app plugin and create a package/profile to apply on a specific folder, so the plugin would be automatically installed to the devices. When checking for Zebra plugins available, we may see: Hawkeye 1.6.0.102Zebra 1.16.10.121Zebra 1.16.10.121 (yes it shows twice this plugin)Zebra Concierge 1.12.0.104Zebra MC36 1.12.0.104 How may we identify which one is the correct/current installed on the TC56 devices ?
