I have dug around under the reports tab on the MobiControl menu bar and cannot find a way to pull any network related reports on Soti. Has anyone found a way to pull these types of reports??
Hi, when I try to assign a new profile the folders are listed, but not the devices in the folders. So I select the whole folder, but the profiles will not be applied to any of the devices. On previous profiles, the devices are listed and can be selected one by one. Refreshing, etc. hast not done anything either. Any ideas?

Hello, We would like to run an external script (could be a powershell script) when a device appears in a specific device group in MobiControl (potentially from provisioning a new device). The script needs to generate some files that will eventually be uploaded to the device using file sync rules. The script requires some details from device which we can use the REST API to obtain. Is there a way to coordinate this using Signal and Webhooks? If not, would there be another way for an external system to be notified of a device joining a device group or alternatively, a new device joining the system? Thanks!
We currently have SOTI MDM on all devices across our company using the Lockdown tool. We also use organizational google accounts which seems to be having issues when adding the email associated with the organization google account in a pushed down app or to the play store after the device is added into mobicontrol. We have created the enterprise binding between soti and google and still cant get it to work. Everytime you log into the google account on the device running soti it says sync error and seems to pop you back into the Soti app. anyone have any insight on how to fix this. I tested my personal (non managed) google account on the managed Soti device and it works completely fine
Is there a way to prolong the timeout duration in Soti when connecting remotely to the devices? Currently, I believe it's set around 30 minutes, and we tend to find ourselves in the middle of monitoring a driver or capturing a video and the remote session abruptly ends and kicks us out the session.
Hi, We had problems when trying to install the application by uploading the IPA file via Apps Policy. where when the application appears on the device an error appears as in the picture. We use enrollment device types and unsupervised devices. Is it true that on an unsupervised device you can't push the IPA file type application?

Hello, I'm validating the Android 13 version on our CC610 10” terminals.The Android 13 version includes a list of applications in the navigation bar. I want to delete it, is it possible? I've tried to remove it with the UiMgr NavigationBarUsage feature without success, it only removes the Back, Man, Recent App navigation buttons.Can you please help me ? Any idea ?
Hello, Earlier this morning I was remote viewing my Note 20 Ultra, which I enrolled as a BYOD device for testing. When I disconnected I notice my phone still had the screen sharing icon up. Figured it would go away at some point. I pushed an update to the BYOD profile and a couple related app policies, and my phone. That's when I noticed agent was showing as "Connected, waiting for response from the server..." And would turn green. I thought deleting the device (and removing the work profile) on the phone and re-enrolling would fix it, but when I try to enroll it just gets stuck on "enrollment is in progress" (until the screen goes out or I navigate away, where it says "failed to connect, please retry). If i keep the screen on it eventually just stays blank. When I look at the logs on the WebConsole it says successfully re-enrolled, multiple times. Pretty new to MobiControl, but as far as I can tell there aren't any errors or warnings that I can see. Update: I tried the solution suggested below but it didn't work. I did find the logs and there are warnings about Play Integrity Tests (specifically, the IMEI is showing up as unknown and some Integirty Tests fail). I changed the policy to force enrollment even if integrity tests fail and the latest log entry is an error regarding a failure to create an MGPA token for AE device. I'm not sure if it's related but there's also an error on the management server saying it failed to update. It's also worth noting that the Deployment Server diagnostic logs keep showing Pulse Checker trying to check in with its Device ID, and it's gone now but Deployment Server Extension diagnostic logs showed that the device ID already exists (despite the strict re-enrollment and the unenrolled deletion being turned on): 2024-04-30 14:22:23,927 (0x00001930) [ERROR] [ 83] PulseChecker: Disconnect Comm.Client.1421 [GMEW-PEBZ-C3WE-6LL3F-5VN3-LYWJ-K] due to no activity timeout

Hi there, I am testing to enroll a Pointmobile PM95 device (with Android Version 13) as a work managed device. (without the special work container) Deploying with Android Enterprise and having a private and a work space on the device- then the registering on mdm works. But not as a work managed device with OEM specific Agents. Starting the Agent -it always crashes with the error message "the app has stopped", there is no way to register the device in MDM. I tried several Agent versions, deploying via webservcie or qr code during device setup. It always failed. I have another Pointmobile PM85 which works as an Enterprise device with Agent version 14.4. in the desired way. Where can I figure out which Agent Version is needed? Is the PM95 device not supported? As the device is not for private use, there is no need for a personal container. We are running MobiControl Version: 15.2.3.1033 on premise.
To log on to the WiFi via 802.1x we need the FQHN/DNS-name in the certificate we generate and deploy via MobiControl. All previous attempts have resulted in error messages within MobiControl ("Exception: Value does not fall within the expected range."). Does anyone here have any experience? Certificate Type: Generic SCEPSOTI MobiControl 15.6.4 The documentation refers to a selection list and a gear icon. However, these do not exist in "Generic SCEP". At least "ADCS + Configuration Type SCEP" has both. Unfortunately, the selection does not help us here.
