Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 Agent offline after phone call

Hi Guys, 

we got Tab Active 3 with a PIN and a SIM card installed. 
Users report that the agent goes offline after a phone call. 
Is this a normal behaviour? The agent version is 15.3.3.1069.
As I use a galaxy s21 as my privat smartphone I know that I don't have a connection while I am calling. 

Is there something I can configure on the devices? 
It doesn't matter if the Tab Active 3 has a PIN or not.

Hi Leon, 

Thanks for posting on SOTI Pulse. 

Is the device connected to Mobile Data? If yes, agent disconnection depends on your Mobile connection stability and whether you are using 5G, 4G, or 3G. 

Can you please let us know the OS version of the affected device?

Can I request you to try agent version 15.3.2, please find the link below to download agent 15.3.2. Please test it and let us know.

Hi, thanks for your response :) 
The OEM-Version is TP1A-220624.014.T575XXU4EWBA
This should be Android 13 already. 
The Agent version is 15.3.3.1069. 

I know about the VoLTE option but the Galaxy Active Tab 3 doesn't support this in it's settings. 
The customer is using 4G

Do you have any ideas?
