Can you please confirm if how did you send this app to the device? As a package or through application catalog rule? 

Are you on MobiControl 14.x? Have you checked your Search Service Sync? Its possible that you need to perform a manual sync.

It's true that the status of the so-called installed application is not as clear as it was for Android+ device agents a few years ago.  In those days, apps that had been uninstalled from a device would have its corresponding entry in the installed application tab of the web-console removed right after a device status update.

In the last 12 months or so, it was found on both MobiControl v13.x and 14.x that the status as well as the apps to be listed are not consistent among different brands/models (or at least I haven't figured out a pattern yet).  For some models, disabled/hidden bundled apps are not listed, while others have all active/disabled/hidden apps included.  Also, the REAL status of apps in some device models  are not accurately on the web console even after device status update.
