Certificate Error on Install

SOTI installed on Android device - Honeywell CN80

Enter the registration key

Spins and spins and then says can't connect to server.  If I retry then i get an error about an invalid certificate.

I'm hoping i'm not the first to see this ......thanks !!

What Android version is the CN80 ?

What is the Mobicontrol version? Is it cloud service or on-premise ?

Certificate problems will arise if the server has SHA1  root certificate and you are enrolling Android 10+ devices

Is your server on-premise or cloud? What is the OS version of the Honeywell CN80? What type of devices do you currently have enrolled? Is your server using SHA1, SHA2 or both? What type of enrollment is this?
