Google Play - Test tracks + Soti Managed account

Hi,

We are having difficulty getting around getting the App to few test users who are using SOTI.

Do you have specific procedure How we can setup SOTI enrolled devices can get the apps from Google play test tracks.

They dont have issues when the app is on the proper release track.

Let me know if you have any news / Ideas/ procedure / Answers on this problem

Hi Rajesh,

If you don't use Manage App Config from Google Managed Policy side, and you have the .apk of the application, you may prefer to deploy these test applications to your device(s) by using a Profile. You can add your app(s) as a package and then you can create a Profile to add your Package under this profile and then assign any device. I hope it helps.

Instead of a package, an enterprise app policy would work as well. There you can use managed app config if needed.

Did you find any pattern related to device brand/model/firmware-version/agent-version for  the problematic devices?

Also, is the problem specific to only one app, or to many different Google Play apps for the same device?

Have you checked your MobiControl server log files or device log files for any warning/error messages related to deployment of the app?
