Errors with SOTI Cloud Link Agent

Hello,

We have been experiencing errors with our SOTI Cloud Link Agent since Monday 15/04/2024.
Since Monday, the link between our server containing the Cloud Link Agent service and our SOTI server is no longer working.
We've restarted our server, and the service is up and running.

We have error logs on this subject if you'd like.

Could you please help us as soon as possible?

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse.

As you have already mentioned that the cloud agent service is already started, So it requires further troubleshooting to check the cause and find appropriate resolution of the problem accordingly. 

So, we would like to suggest opening a ticket with Support@soti.net or if you are a Premium /Enterprise customer feel free to use the customer portal. Also, please do let us know if the support ticket is already in progress.
