I have understood the first part.

I have a glitch where I'm trying to move people from one group to another, yet some tablets are not updating with the new group.

But need more information about your recommendation solution.

, I believe that auto-refreshing the tablets at either a certain time or upon start up, would solve a lot of my issues.


Can you try restarting the devices from MC, does that solve the issue of updating the new group?
