As you can see in the following webpage, the Samsung A22 5G is clasified as Android-Others, that is, is does not have Samsung Knox. So the Samsung APIs for remote control are not available in those devices.

Anyway, you may enable Accessibility Remote Control, but it also shows the popup for user approval

Does the enrolled device shown any entry related to Samsung MDM or Samsung Knox for the active MDM API field of device configuration in the agent or server web-console?

How many A22 5G devices do you have on your system?  Is the "Remote View" active API problem specific to only some such devices, or consistent for ALL A22?

Have you granted all app permissions for the MobiControl device agent after successful enrollment?.
