Devices not visible in the WebConsole

Hi,

I enrolled 5 new Zebra MC33 devices 1 hour ago but the are not showing up in the MobiControl WebConsole.

They are visible in the database using the view vw_Device_Information and the agent on the device also says that the devices are online.

So why are they not visible?

MobiControl Version: 14.3.1.1189

@Chris - this might be a MobiControl search sync issue.  Have you tried doing a search sync?

Hi, yes I've tried that, but they are still not appearing :(

Your integrity is far too low - it should be above 95%, at least.  Check that all your DS's are functioning properly, if they are you may need to check that your search is not in read only mode.  Look in your search logs for that.  If you see any reference to low disk watermark then you may have a space issue on your server which needs to be sorted out.  Once the space is sorted out then there is a procedure that should be run to clear the "read-only" status of the search db.

We had a disk space issue some days ago and the problem has started there.

In the database table SearchEngineSyncStatus I can see that the OutOfSyncDevice increased since then. How can I clear the read only mode?
