we have two SAMSUNG devices in the MC console (although it really are the same device) that we cannot delete. When the screen is refreshed, they reappear offline. Can I remove them by editing some table in the database?
Our MC versión is 15.1.5 build 1005

I suggest you raise a Support Case via support@soti.net / support.eu@soti.net, we can then analyze the issue and determine a solution together. It's important to note, changing values in your database manually could jeopardize future support from a Developer if there are additional issues that arise as a result of the data amendments. Therefore, please reframe from editing tables/data directly without Technical Support involvement.
