If your device is enrolled with Android-Enterprise device agent and the Gboard app is deployed from Managed Google Play store, then you can check if enabling "Voice typing" option of the Google Gboard app entry in the Managed App Config tab of your MobiControl App Policy can achieve what you want or not.

As an MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution, we do not have any scripts or capabilities to enable or configure all the options that a specific application provides through the Manage app config in Advanced configuration.

This is because the availability of the Manage app config depends on the application itself. Only certain vendors like Google, Microsoft, and others provide this additional feature that can be controlled.

So the only option we are having is to change these features manually in the Manage app config.
