Hello community,
in some apps like Microsoft Teams you can't dictate texts. The microphone icon is missing and I cannot activate speech to text in the settings when the devices are in lockdown. As soon as I am in admin mode, I can activate this function.
Does anyone have a solution for me?

You can now conditionally grant or deny access to Microsoft 365 apps and other mobile apps which utilize Azure AD authentication on Android or iOS devices. SOTI MobiControl integration with Microsoft allows you to use MobiControl device compliance status in Azure AD conditional access policies. When configured, only the compliance statuses of devices assigned to the compliance policy will be reported to Microsoft, enabling you to manage the scope of the devices synchronized with Microsoft.

After checking, it seems that there is no dictation function in any app. There are no Google-relevant apps on the blacklist. I have also enabled the microphone in the application execution and have not blocked it.
Is it only affecting Teams or all apps while in lockdown mode? On the surface it would seem like an Application Run Control Blacklist is restricting something like Google Voice while in the lockdown user mode. Similarly it may be something in Feature Control, although nothing specific comes to mind. It would make more sense for the dictation to be disabled for all apps while in lockdown versus selectively for Teams however. Can you confirm whether or not you're using Application Run Control and also whether you've blacklisted any Google specific applications related to speech to text within that potential blacklist?
