Zebra LifeGuard OTA doesn't sync

Hello,

I tried to do an OS upgrade via Zebra LifeGuard OTA but somehow the enrollment status synchronisation fails.

I remember this being a global bug related to the MC console version, which was actually fixed as it's mentioned in the MobiControl release notes:

Indeed it didn't work when we had version 15.5, later I tried it on MC version15.6.4 and it worked fine.

Now recently we upgraded our console to MC 15.6.6 and it doesn't work again and I get the old error!

Any idea what could cause this? Is the same bug back again?

Should be working on 15.6.6

To ensure that all requirements are met, please review the detailed information and step by step guide provided here.

Additionally, consider using the below SQL script to reset the binding and configure everything again.

Thanks for your answer. Indeed I set up everything according to the guide. As mentioned, I've already done the upgrade successfully via this method once we had version 15.6.4.

As for the script, where I should send it exactly? On the concerned devices?

Hi Taha,

That is a SQL script meant to be executed in your MobiControl database. Running the script should not be an issue, but as a general rule, it's advisable to always take a database backup, except when using pure select statements.
