Issue with iOS Application and Profile Catalog applications on iOS device enrolled into MobiControl

Solved Locked

I'm not seeing any applications and profiles on an enrolled MobiControl BYOD iOS device.

When opening App Catalog or Profile Catalog, it gets redirected to Safari browser with an error message that Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found.

Should I be able to see iOS applications and profile in the applications?

Thanks,

The URL field in the web-clip payload associated with the default App-Catalog or Profile-Catalog often have the machine name of the MS-Windows Server hosting your MobiControl automatically included.

You should replace that machine-name part with your MobiControl server FQDN, which in most cases should be the same as your server's "device management address" field found in the "Server" Tab of your web-console.

Hi Avshch,

Thanks for the post!

The URL added on the web-clip of App Catalog seems to be incorrect, so you end up with the error message.

Can you please edit the URL or add the intended URL on the Configurations tab of App Catalog or Profile Catalog?

Regards,
