I'm working on a trial license performing a POC to see if MobiControl would be a viable solution to meet our needs. I've created a profile. configured various settings, enrolled a device to the profile, created a package with SotiSurf, added it and deployed it to the profile I'm testing with and it did install to the mobile device. While I do see the SotiSurf app was deployed to the device, I'm not seeing any of the customizations I've made via the MobiControl app itself. I'm expecting it to display the deployed SotiSurf app locked down in Kiosk mode, however it doesn't show the app in there and if I go to Device Configuration --> Profiles, it reads "Failed to retrieve list of profiles".

I've read multiple articles online on how to configure this and I believe I've followed them correctly. Anyone have any ideas?
