Have you checked that the date/time on your device is correct or at least this year and within a month or two?
SSL certificates hate wrong date/times as they can't validate that they are in fact valid!
Yes, that was the first thing we checked and the device and the mobi server have the same time and date.
It transpires that the deployment server certificate has expired. Do you know how to extend the certificate?
If its a cloud server you would need to reach out to SOTI support, though these are usually extended automatically by SOTI.
If you are on prem you would do so from your admin utility. Been a while since i worked with on prem servers but the help documentation should help you.
If your MobiControl server is on-premises, please also make sure its date/time (and time-zone) are properly set-up, preferably with some regular synchronization with NTP sever of authoritative organization (e.g. governmental observatory).
Also, if MobiControl server is used to support devices located in different time-zones, you might also need to make sure the device time and time-zone of each device is properly set-up accordining to their location/time-zone.
