We need to be able to enable Data-Roaming on devices for the SIM card to work properly.
With watchsettings command in MobiControl we can get the "-glo data_roaming 1" value but writesecuresetting won't work with this command. Is there some other way of enabling data-roaming on devices, programmatically from MobiControl.
The devices are Samsung devices. Since MobiControl can get the logs from the device with the particular global setting, it should also be able to change the value.
Under the Feature Control Configuration Payload there is a feature "Data Roaming", I believe this can be enabled and applied to the devices/folders to get the required outcome.

"Enable Data Roaming" option is only available in feature control of Android-Enterprise device in managed device mode, while Johan's devices using Android Plus agent only supports "Disabling Data Roaming" option.
If you are using Android Enterprise on Samsung devices, I have tested and can verify these commands work:
writesecuresetting -glo data_roaming 1 <<< enables
writesecuresetting -glo data_roaming 0 <<< disables
