Can't enroll apple BYOD device

I have followed the steps to enroll an apple BYOD device but get the following error when I try to connect using the url on the apple device. Including setting up the apple push notification service and setting up the rule appropriately.

"Your device is not authorized to enroll using the specified enrollment details"

Could you please tell me what I might be doing wrong

Hi Arif,

BYOD Enrollment requires iOS 13.1+

What version of MobiControl are you on?

Are you still experiencing this issue?  I see that you have solutioned the post but you actually just solutioned a comment, not any of the solutions. 

If you are still experiencing this please provide a screenshot of your device version so that we can verify that your device meets the minimum requirement for this method of enrollment, please.
