Thank you for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff.

Check the compatibility table in the top right corner of your screen shot (green checkmark) and match the MDM version to the version on your device for compatibility.   

By the looks of your screen shot you are testing the ability to block all applications from an internal resource.  Is this correct?  Do you have both WiFi and a cellular connection on these devices? 

What other configurations have you deployed to the devices in question?

Based on your device firmware and agent/server server versions,  firewall profile should be supported.

What are the active MDM API's reported in the device agent configuration tab?  Have you checked the status of the profile containing the firewall payload to confirm it is deployed successfully?

What do you want to achieve with your firewall rule(s)  How did you do your tests and what did you see on the device or in the device log in the web-console?  Did you reboot the device after successfully deploying the profile to confirm the firewall settings and browser caches are reset?
