Binding after device is enrolled

Solved Locked

We have about 60 devices (Zebra MC330L running Android 10) that were enrolled with an enrollment policy that had the Enterprise Bindings>Google Account Type set to None.

This hasn't been an issue but now we are looking to use the device for another purpose and need to add a 3rd party private app through the Managed Play Store.and it is not showing up in the App Catalog on the Mobicontrol agent on the device.

I have other MC330L's that were enrolled under a different policy that had the Entrprise Bindings>Google Account Type set to Managed with our enteprise set. That one works so I am guessing that is the issue.

So,other than have the devices sent back to corporate, unenrolling, and then re-enrolling the devices under the policy that has the bindings, is there any other way to get get this to work?

You can use the Reset Account action to assign an Enterprise Binding based Managed Play service account to the devices that were enrolled without an association to an Enterprise Binding.

Thank you so much! I didn't know the Reset would do that. I love this community! I know it's only 60 or so devices but man that saves me a lot of work. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer.
