Hello everyone, we are facing an issue where the RS6100 repeatedly prompts for 'Allow access to your contacts and call history' when pairing via Bluetooth or NFC. To successfully connect, we must exit lockdown mode and toggle the permission checkbox. This occurs on the TC52 running Android 13. Has anyone encountered the same issue or found a resolution?

Exit lockdown, get this prompt and keep it open.

Send the legacy script identify_activity to it and check logs in the console.

You may need to add the shown id as a (hidden) item to the lockdown and check again.

You would still need to accept the prompt manually but you may not need to go out of the kiosk mode.

Side note: I know you can enable silent pairing in zebra oem config but never used that and not sure if this also would grant them those permissions. Maybe others here have more experience with that.

Hi Rafael,

Found the logs and it says com.android.settings/.bluetooth.BluetoothPairingDialog

Is this going to be added as action, custom or intent?

Hi Matt. I think  this feature requires purchase of a Mobility DNA Enterprise License.
