Failed to enroll Zebra TC55 Jelly Bean device to SOTI Cloud Server

Hi,

We have Zebra TC55 JB device which we are trying to enroll to SOTI server (DA Mode) using DA Agent version 1300 build 33897.

It always gives error -"Enrollment failed please try to contact your administrator" . Console version - 15.0.2.1049

Refer below screenshot 

Can anybody help if we are missing something?

Anything in the server logs? If it is a net new SOTI server then it likely has SHA2 or even SHA3 enabled by default. Perhaps JB doesn't support the higher SHA level? You might also need to set the device date and time.
