Most Zebra devices now have EKB pre-installed as a system application so you don't need to install it but you can use StageNow MX in order to enable it, configure it, and set it as the default input method.

Are they just pressing Comma and Enter as the password? Or is the problem that they're hitting that settings cog and getting out to a Settings app? It looks like the cog/gear is also circled.

If I was security auditing the devices I would probably fail them for using the Google keyboard in the first place. You can use the Zebra Enterprise Keyboard as a more locked down and remotely manageable alternative and it presumably won't log everything your users key in and send it to the Google servers ;)

I've try to change the language of the keyboard but same result ..

@matt -> i'm trying to make a procedure for to deploy the configuration of the zebra keyboard with stage now.

I have a little problem..every time after stage now has run ..when i try to type someting it's the google voice who appears..

for to disable google keyboard and enable zebra keyboard i have make a profile with stage now

add UI MGR for disable google keyboard

add ENTREPRISE KEYBOARD for to add some parameter of the entreprise keyboard

add UI MGR for to enable the zebra keyboard on all application

but every time it's google voice who appears ..

here is it the xml file result :

any idea ? my device is zebra tc75 under android 6

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? The EKB does have a voice dictation option built into it that leverages Googles STT engine so that might be what you're seeing. That voice input should be able to be disabled from MX as well.

here is it a screen shot after have run the stage now barre code

If i look into settings, language and input -> actual keyboard is set to google voice !

i think the stage now is correct 

a) disable google keyboard apps

b) enable EKB for all apps

i will try to disable google voice also and see what happen ..

if you have a correct step i must to follow for disable google and enable zebra keyboard don't hesitate to publish it ..

don't lose your time ..I've find the problem...

Of course it's was a problem between the chair and the computer :) :) 

when I read the document I've seen how I can disable the google keyboard with stage now

-> appMgr -> disable google keyboard

without READ ALL the doc about zebra keyboard I have add :

-> appMrg -> Enable zebra keyboard

but it's not correct all ...

for to activate zebra keyboard all is configure into UIMgr
