Security Certificate Update

PT. SATYA AMARTA PRIMA

Hi everyone,

Recently i enrolled new device to SOTI On Premise server (15.0.1.1181) , and this notification come out :

Security Certificate : Is appears your Device's date and time may be incorrect. Please correct the date and time then try again.

I tried to upload the image, but it's take long time, so i just write down the notification.

Anyone has experienced this issue ?

Hi!

I think your device comes up with a wrong date from factory reset state.

From the view of the device, the certificate of your Deployment Server is not valid yet.

Check the "valid from" value of your certificate and the date the device comes up with.

If the date is out of the validity range of the certificate, this will be the cause.
