Hi Randy,
Thank you for posting on SOTI Central.
One of the payloads may have corrupted somehow. Have you tried removing/re-adding configurations on the Profile one-by-one to isolate the issue? I recommend cloning the Profile first before making these changes if it is critical to your deployment.
