Profile data is temporarily unavaible

I have created a mobile profile on android for work.

When i clic on edit profil an error message say "The data is temporarily unavaible.".

when i check the log i found this error :

for information I created a clone few days ago when everything was working normally and I see the same problem on a clone of this profile .

The problem can be related to stale data in MC v14 search module.  If so, try to set a more frequent sync interval.

Your problem may also have been solved in more recent patch version(s) of MobiControl.  You have to consult Soti support team or look into the release notes of new version to see if there are any related improvements in newer version.
