Randomly Losing Remote Control Ability

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out why I keep losing the ability to Remote Control devices randomly. This randomly will happen to my devices and the only way to fix it is restarting the agent. Any ideas?

Remote control options in the web-console will be grayed out if the server find the device to be offline or the communication link  unstable.
