I need to enroll 15 scanners that are not at my location into the Soti/Mobicontrol system. Is there any way to do this? These devices are currently enrolled in another system but we want to move them over to Soti/Mobicontrol. I can push the Mobicontrol app out to the devices, but that will not enroll them into Soti. Is there a way?
StageNow based enrollment will likely be the easiest method as it should be fairly straightforward enough to provide instructions to someone else to just scan a couple of barcodes in sequence. To transition the devices from one MDM server to another they will likely need to be factory reset so that the SOTI agent can be set as DO. Android Enterprise only allows for one Device Owner by design and so it's not really set up to allow you to migrate devices across different MDM servers.

You could also look into Zero Touch Enrollment which might help in this situation but you'd need to get set up in the ZTE portal and then have the devices registered there through a capable reseller. I'm also not sure if ZTE allows switching across different EMM providers and even if it did, I don't know how clean of a migration that would really be. Factory Reset and re-enrollment is the safest in terms of guaranteeing success.
