On the Honeywell devices it installs all the APIs needed on the Device but Webcontrol is showing:
Remote View, Work Managed Device
I don't know if it is a major bug as I can still remote into devices. Noticed this before a major deployment of over 50 devices.

Could you please check the search index sync value and ensure that the integrity is above 90%. Also, kindly try running the scripts and check if there is any change in the API values:-
_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
restartagent
retryrcdetection
From the information provided, it shows that the remote view api is present. Could you please confirm if you can remote control the device or just remote view is possible?
